Is there a fee for this service?
There is no fee for this service. It’s one more way that United Farmers State Bank gives you more convenience and value by banking with us. Please note that your mobile service provider may charge for internet access and data usage.
Do I need to be an Online Banking Customer?
Yes, you will need to enroll or already be enrolled for Online Banking to use our Mobile Banking service. To enroll in Online Banking click on the Online Banking Log In and then New Internet Banking User.
Are my login credentials the same for the mobile app as they are for my online banking?
Yes, you will use the same credentials. You will need to be enrolled in online banking in order to use mobile app.
What devices can I use Mobile Banking App on?
You will need an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet, or Windows tablet.
If I don’t have an iPhone, iPad, Android phone or tablet or a Windows tablet can I still access my accounts from my phone?
Yes, as long as you have a phone with internet capabilities, you can access your accounts through your phone using our mobile web browser.
Where can I find the United Farmers State Bank Mobile Banking App?
Our app is FREE to download in the iTunes App Store (iPhone and iPad), Google Play Store (Android devices), and Windows Store (Window tablet). Search by typing in the following key words: UnitedFSB Mobile, UnitedFSB App, or United Farmers State Bank.
How do I register for Mobile Banking using the Mobile Banking App?
Enroll in Online Banking (if you are not already) and download the FREE app from Apple Store, Google Play Store or Windows Store. Open the app and simply enter your username, answer a security question, accept any disclosures, terms of service, polices or other agreements presented, and enter your password. You are now registered and ready to begin accessing your accounts!
What accounts are available in Mobile Banking?
You will have access to the same accounts you have through Online Banking. These can include both deposit and loan accounts.
How can I protect my security and privacy?
- Always protect your passwords. They are key to accessing your online and mobile banking accounts. Do not share or write down your password.
- Do not create passwords with general personal information such as address, birthday, social security number or information of a close friend or family member. Be original with your passwords.
- Never leave your mobile device unattended during your mobile banking session.
- Apply password protection and screen lockout on your mobile device.
What do I do if I have forgotten my credentials for Online Banking?
You may contact any of our banking offices for assistance. Please call 507-582-3448 or 507-584-6441.
What if my mobile device is lost or stolen?
We will never send full account numbers or other personal information via the Mobile Banking App. If your device is lost or stolen, no one can access your account without knowing your unique password. In the event your device is lost or stolen contact the bank and we can delete or block the the device for you.
What activities can I perform using the Mobile Banking App?
You can view account balances, transfer funds between accounts, make loan payments, make deposits, make person to person (P2P) transfers, and find the nearest branch locations.
If I am enrolled in Bill Pay can I pay bills from Mobile Banking App?
Bill Pay is available through the mobile web browser, but at this time, Bill Pay is not available through the Mobile App.
