At United Farmers State Bank, our Debit Cards provide the convenience of plastic and the benefits of cash. The cards give you a faster, more economical, and more convenient way to buy the products and services you need. They allow you to withdraw funds from your checking account without ever having to write a check. The cards look like a regular credit card, but work like your checks because the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your checking account. No check writing means no need to carry a bulky checkbook.

To activate your card and/or to change your pin please call 1-877-965-3344. Please note, you must call from a phone number on file with our bank. Please call, stop in, or email one of our customer service representatives to verify the phone numbers we have on file for your card.
The bank has partnered with CardSentry to provide our customers with 24 hour real-time theft protection. CardSentry will contact our customers on behalf of the bank to validate transactions if suspicious/fraudulent transactions are identified.
A Best Practice is to use your pin for purchases whenever possible, but especially important when using your debit card outside of your home state. Pin transactions decrease the fraud risk score and will result in minimal to no declines due to suspected fraud. Please notify the bank if you will be traveling so we can add a travel notice on your card. You may also add a travel notice to your card if you are using our digital banking service under the Manage Cards Menu.
Receive alerts via test message or email about your debit card activity. Log in to your digital banking service; select the Settings tab, then Alerts tab, and then Card Alerts.
It is important that you report a lost or stolen card immediately to minimize identity theft and financial losses.
During bank business hours, call the bank at 507-582-3448 (Adams), 507-584-6441 (Dexter), or 507-437-4678 (Rose Creek) to report a lost or stolen debit card. After hours, call 507-582-3448 and a voice response system will forward you to our afterhours support.
